The facial was completely relaxing and made me feel fantastic. The treatment pedicure includes a foot massage, which was bliss when I was 8 months pregnant. All the staff are friendly but don't force you into conversation. There are packages available, and my only regret is that when I went for the half-day package I didn't have enough time at the end of the treatments to make use of the relaxation room with its incredibly comfortable looking beds. I love their web site, it's so easy to find your way around you don't have to search for treatments, they're scrolled along the bottom of the web page so you know exactly what's on offer and it's a LOT. My only small gripe is that when I'm researching a treatment I like to get an idea of what I can expect to pay before I book my consultation, so even though I understand you can't possibly know before seeing a client just how much product he or she may need, it would still be nice to know the unit price for each item. Other than that I have my consultation next week and I'm really looking forward to it. This may be the 'One Stop' beauty saloon I have been looking for. I'll keep you posted.

You'll feel immediately at home when you walk in here, everyone is so friendly and talkative. I haven't had my hair cut, but I have a couple of friends who are regulars, always looking forward to their next visit because it feels so homely. I've come here for a wax myself. There's such a personal touch: the treatment rooms could be hotel bedrooms, not clinical at all, which immediately puts you at ease. I'm sure if I came here for one of their facials or full body treatments they'd have to drag me off the bed afterwards! As well as the staff being very professional and the environment very relaxing, the prices here are great too. Facials start at £18, manicures £12 and waxing £7.
