I went in on a Saturday around lunch time (slightly weary from the night before), my coat was taken and I was immediatly offered a drink - when I saw they did cocktails I straight away asked one of the very friendly assistants for a Bloody Mary which was beautiful and washed the slight hangover I had away immediately. After an amazing hair wash/head massage which nearly made me fall asleep, I had my hair cut by a very lovely girl called Becky. I went through with her exactly what I wanted and she was very positive in her responses, making me feel really relaxed and that she knew exactly what she was doing. During the cut she would ask me if the length at certain parts was ok or if I wanted any more off at all, which I've never had with any of the scissor happy hairdressers I usually go to. After the perfect cut she even suggested trimming my beard line on my neck which now looks 100 x smarter and wish I started doing years ago! The price was reasonable for the top quality cut and service I received throughout my experience at Jones and Payne and I will DEFINITELY be returning to Becky for my next cut, and the one after that, and the one after that!
