Not sure if they are crooks, stupid or both. I traveled from SC to buy a boat from Vann's Auto Mart. They knew I was coming from SC and should have known I would need a title to register it - most states require titles. I asked about the title at the time of sale and James said that I could just use the bill of sale. This was a total lie. If he didn't know it - he should have. I wrote to them a couple of months later to ask where my title was. I was told that they don't have to provide one in Georgia - first time I was hearing of this. They still refuse to provide a title and now I can't register or sell the boat. All they want is your money. Customer service and fair dealing is a foreign concept to James. He will even have you sign an agreement not to sue him! That should have told me he gets sued alot. If I could give them a zero, I would. AVOID VANN'S AUTO MART AT ALL COSTS!!! read more
