They have clear communications, excellent pricing, and are very respectful. Carpentry skills - my chimney was broken and rotting. They quoted us and told us there's a chance it may cost more once they open up the chimney. Well it did end up looking worse once they opened and Ray was able to cut me an excellent price. Not only that he made it look brand new. Not only that, we had random rot along the house which they were able to scrape up and repair. There some pieces that was so damaged I really didn't think they could repair it. But I left to work one day came back and it was completely new. Speechless. Paint job - it was a two man job but they took their time to paint every surface carefully. They didn't cut corners. It did take about a week to paint but that's because we had rain randomly in the middle of June, but that didn't stop them. I didn't need the job to be done quickly, I needed it to be done right. I also had a hiccup with a door that wouldn't close properly after painting. (It was probably a very tight fit before painting). This door also needed some off-site work to shave down the top, so it would close correctly. The team came back on a Saturday morning to bring me the restored closet doors. These little pain points come up with lots projects. You need a company that will take care of things when everything doesn't go perfectly. ESP will make sure everything is taken care off.
