This store located in the Lake Elsinore Outlet is a great place for purchasing two pairs of Vans with the "By one, get one for 50% off" promo. Usually, I can find two pairs to purchase on any given day and my collection of Vans continues to build. Customer service is great at this outlet, and you can find most offerings in the Vans collection with the exception of some of the latest styles. The shoe I chose had staining from the box and Kayla took the time to clean them before my purchase. They have the option to tap and Apple Pay even. The staff is pretty cool also and love to help you find your new style. This vans is packed with items, sizes, cute boys, cute girls and cute shoes. Honestly, most of the times I have received great customer service, it comes from someone my age (young adults). This vans has a great staff doing great things for customers. They will not only go through every box in the store to find your shoe size but will go the extra mile and offer to order you the product or even give you a heads up when they restock. The store itself is actually pretty decent for being managed by young adults. Prices are great, customer service is terrible. I called in today to a guy named Michael, told him I had two questions first being how late are you guys open, he then said 8 o'clock and immediately hung up. I then called back and told him I had 2 questions, not one, and he rudely told me to speak up and he won't hung up next time I would rather pay $15 more to deal with people who actually treat customers like customers. They only received three stars because on my third phone call I spoke to a young lady who was very polite and apologetic for his attitude and poor professionalism. ****My issue is I should never have to call three times to get 2 basic questions answered, and to be treated like a human being. read more

Let me tell you! Ernie and Akemi are the best! I am so thankful they were able to help me five min before closing in this crazy time of all of our lives. Not only is it extremely hard to find a size 15 for my man but we were literally leaving out of state at that moment for a last minute wedding for family and Ernie let us in and helped us find the right sizes for both myself and my man Last Minute even when he didn't have to and I even walked out with two pairs for myself including the exact color in a rare size. I bought a pair of shoes that started wearing out after 30 minutes. I have purchased many Van's through the years and never had a pair wear like these. My son tried to take them back 3 days later and was told flat out no. I called their corporate office to inquire about their policy and was told they should give me my money back. I called the manager of the store and he told me he would give me my money back. When I went to the store, the same person said he "does not recall" speaking to me 3 days later. The guy whose name implies he wears a halo is a hot headed, dull witted boy. He tried to belittle us by telling me the wear was due to "dragging your feet" and "that is what rubber does". He could barely look at me as he looked like he was going to have an angry outburst. Sad that customer service is not taught at this company or this young man has a lack of social grace. read more
