I believe either the decks were not properly conditioned to Except the stain, or stain was an inferior product. In the beginning they answered all phone calls and texts and now ignore them. I have left numerous messages to see if there was an issue between them and I, still no answer. When this issue was last addressed, the answer given was, "just have to do it again next year". Personally I thought you only had to redo deck's every other year if not every three years. It saddens me to leave this review because they did a great job and washing my aluminum siding and my shingle roof, maybe that is something that they are really good at and just now getting into staining.
