Prior to my appointment I did the client intake form. When I arrived I was greeted and we went over what my needs were for the day and what to expect out of my appointment. I undressed in the massage room which was decorated beautifully and the table had great bedding. Kristin talked me through the entire cupping process and took it slow. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had some extra time left over so I had let her know my neck was tight and she worked on this.
