They have been around for about 2 years. This is my first time here, I came to get some juices for friends and I found the staff here super helpful and they take time to make sure you get all the information you need to chose the perfect juice for you. The sales person spend a lot of time with me trying to tend to my needs as far as VG and nicotine levels on the juice. They have a great variety of options and some classic favorites are there too as Thai coconut and snappleaplle. I will surely come back here whenever I need more vape stuff. read more

There are not enough words to express how bad, misleading, unfair and unethical this establishment is, but I will try. They have sold me 3 vape devices. They all broke, and they did not honor exchanges or offer to help. Each successive purchase was promised to be better tan the last, each upsell - and they were rude when I came back for returns. They offered to exchange the filters for the old broken units that I replaced with them, when I made a trio from Manhattan to do just that - they refused. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone responsible - I was told to come back. When I did, they told me the same. When I asked if I could have the number for a manager - they said there was none. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that has not been responded to. The 3 owners really know their Vapes and difference any subtle customization can make to your custom mod. They were very patient with me as I am very picky, I know what I like and don't like. I sampled 20 different juices until I found the perfect blends for my taste. I posted pictures of my setup. Just went here for the first time and it was great. Met with John, the owner. He was helpful and cool. When there's a Vape store on every corner in this city it's nice not to have to go to Williamsburg and deal with hipsters who make you feel stupid when you ask a questions. My vape friends and I were on a quest one day, driving to all the vape shops that we could. We stumbled upon this little shop that is hidden in Queens. The man behind the counter was very nice and had the patience of a saint as we asked to try out an assortment of e-juices. My brother purchased the Steep PopDeez e-juice and I, the Jazzy Boba. The best vape shop I've been to by far. I wont even go anywhere else because this one has everything I need. Great customer service, a great variety of products, flavors and unbeatable prices! Overall nice vape shop. The first time I went the individuals working were really helpful and patient but I went back a few days later trying to exchange an item for something more suited for my needs (my friend owned the product I bought and from how he described it, I figured I shouldn't bother using it and just pay more for something more suited to my style of vaping). Never the less when I went back I expected the same kind of customer service that I got when I was making a purchase but there was this one older lady who pretty much was making up their "return policy" as she was going with me and at one point told me to go sell it online since I got it for a "deal". Never the less they have a vast selection of top shelf e juices and juices new to the market, but the way the individual pretty much bs'd me when I came to try to exchange kind of swayed me away from going back there again. read more

Had a really nice visit to Vape Blvd today. My wife had been expressing a desire to explore the purchase of a starter setup and I was curious as well. We both smoke cigarettes and want to stop. We were originally going to visit a Manhattan vape shop, but found this location, through Yelp, just a short walk away. We found the salesperson to be very courteous and ready to answer any questions we had. We discussed the pros and cons of a few different makes and styles of vaporizers, and we were made to feel welcome to try any flavours of e-juice that the shop carried. There was at no time any sense of being rushed or pressured to purchase. By the time we had left, we had each purchased Evod Megas and some tasty flavours - Cracker Jack flavours, strawberry watermelon, peach and grape. We will most definitely be back to get coils and to try and buy more flavours. Highest recommendation!!!! read more

The customer service here is outstanding. I purchased a plug in adapter but then found out I didn't need it. I called Vape the next day and they refunded my purchase no questions asked. They have an amazing variety of vaper products that you can try for free. Believe me if you purchase from these fine gentlemen you will not be sorry.
