How do you not know what brands you carry? Called to ask about a specific product and the brands and got told they don't know.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a loyal customer of this location for 3 years, tonight some male employee with snakebites was so incredibly rude to me, so rude I'm never supporting this location again. Hire better sales associates. This boy lacks communication skills, problem solving skills, and emotional intelligence. When I asked for the corporate phone number he said "I'm not allowed to disclose that private information" the corporate number and email is on the vape city website! LOL! Def reported this location bc the female manager enabled the employees blatant disrespect towards customers. There's a reason they have nothing but bad reviews, the manager clearly doesn't care about how she treats customers let alone how the employees she chooses to hire treats customers. Edit: after looking at all these reviews it's pretty clear this is a toxic workplace where the manager values friendships with her employees over the satisfaction and care of customers! Employees are being hired off aesthetics & cronyism rather than how qualified they actually are. We have a choice of who to support and where to take our money, and I promise you, this ain't the place for your valued time or hard earned money. The 1 star is because you can't give it a 0. The store is nice enough, selection seemed pretty decent other than nic salts but even still they had what I needed. The problem was the representative on duty. Completely rude. She probably wouldn't have looked up from her phone had I not said hello. No greeting reciprocated. Just went right back to tik tok or whatever BS she was watching. I ask about salt. She points to the small cabinet and looks annoyed when I ask to get a few items. Might've bought more but she couldn't be bothered to read the box with the flavor profile on it after me asking what was what, so I bought what I knew. Pretty pathetic honestly. Might as well have a sign saying, "we don't want your money gtfo" on the front window. read more

Update to original review: So at first, IMHO, this place was ok. But after shopping here for a while, I've sort of figured out why customer service leaves much to be desired . Constantly seeing new staff members, no consistency and that usually is due to poor pay or management. Store itself is clean still the same as original review , also the same are the not so great choices of items-At least in my opinion. The CSR's aren't very aware/knowledgeable in what is sold here and that doesn't help the consumer. This is my Last Resort type of establishment. read more

There is an employee named chastity, glasses and green front hair. You can't miss her, she is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I made a complaint about her twice because of her rude interaction we had. She doesn't know anything really nothing about vapes and she couldn't help with anything. Unfortunately the manager alexandria and her are best friends so she did not care about my concerns. Now going to HR and they say she was just a little cold towards me. Well I dont like to go into establishments knowing I'm going to be treated "Cold". No thanks. No customer service at all. If I could rate this a 0 I would've. read more

I buy e-juice in bulk and was planning to pick up a surplus on my way home this morning. I walked into this location and asked the young lady behind the counter about the available tobacco flavored juices. She hardly acknowledged me and vaguely pointed at three display cases because she was too preoccupied with her phone. I walked out immediately because of the extremely poor customer service and because I have a choice where to spend my money. The owners of this shop should pay closer attention to the extremely poor reviews. This woman is costing you a lot of money. read more

This is my third review that is probably going to get deleted again are used to work for this location. I had worked there for eight months and probably made them over 40,000 in sales. All my other coworkers were very rude and inconsiderate for the customers. They even talk about the customers as soon as they walk out the door every customer I had always preferred me over anyone else. I've literally had customers tell me they walked in and walked right out when they didn't see me behind the counter, they laid me off because I refuse to work other locations and they wanted to give my schedule to another employee that didn't give as much productivity as me which doesn't make very much sense. Went into the store to look and grab a couple of rigs and carb caps. As we walked in we weren't greeted, girl was on her phone with I guess her bf ? So we just continued to look and picked what we needed. As she was walked away to ring us up she kept asking "is this all" more than 3 times. Which seemed as if she was rushing us. I replied "We're still looking" and as I said that her bf was on speaker saying "I'll pull up right now if you need me too" and all she would tell him is "shut up" but he would continue to talk very ugly about us while on speaker!!. So that made us not ever come into that shop again. Poor Customer service. read more
