Keep your Receipt!!! If you don't they will not be able to "find it" on your card, and you will either be disputing it, or out of luck on making your return. To start, they have a good selection of juices (like one of the best local for sure), but the prices for the juices are very highly upsold. Their selection of carts, mods, ecigs are also pretty good, but again, the prices for them are increased (to be expected) for being convenient, and because the staff are generally knowledgeable about their products. Overall, this place is overpriced (especially on eliquid), however they do make up for that with their product knowledge and availability of a variety of top eliquids. If you're in a pinch and need a good juice to tide you over until you can order online, or you are new to vape and would like some knowledge on the products available, this is a great place to look, otherwise I recommend getting your vape needs online instead. read more

I was a loyal customer and someone who has vaped for over 20 years so it surprised me after I purchased a vaping device from Vape Genius that failed within a couple of days so I attempted to get a replacement and was immediately denied any reasonable resolution. I'll be advising the BBB and the Attorney General's Office that the store violated the Consumer Protection Act by selling a product where I am unable to use it for what it is intended due to the failure of the device itself. This used to be my go-to vape shop. I try to avoid going there now, due to a bad experience. I bought a new vape mod that was faulty while we were in the middle of a move, so I wasn't able to get back to the shop for an exchange within the 7 day allowable period. I explained that when I did go in, but they refused any kind of exchange, even for the exact same item. As a customer who spent a significant amount of money at this location, I felt an exception should have been made. Instead, I am out the $60 I spend on the mod, plus the money I spent to replace it from another vape shop. The employees are professional and personable. The location is convenient. But their prices are also pretty steep compared to other local shops. Example: a 100ml vape juice might be $40 at this shop but only $19.99 from other stores for the same brand and flavor. Just stopped at this vape shop in an emergency while on vacation. I was greeted and helped the second I walked in the door. They knew exactly what I needed, and when I asked if they had a certain juice, they didn't, but offered 4 or 5 different brands of the same flavor. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
