I have shopped at several other vapor shops in Naples, and I have found that not only does Vape King have the best selection for all of your needs, but their customer service is outstanding, and they are so personable caring for all of your needs. Vape King will custom make your juice, and if you want to quit smoking. Vaping works! I haven't had a cigarette in months, and each time I purchase a new bottle of juice, I go down on my nicotine level. Wow, no smell, and since you can create your own blend, taste so much better than any cigarette. I don't even want to pick up another cigerette...eww. I have had the opportunity to be helped by Ben and Nick, wow....they both took so much time to help me. With Nick, I was having problems with a leak in my tank, and he looked at it, and figured out two problems that were wrong with it in seconds, and corrected it for me. He gave me great information, and I was on my way. I can't say enough about Ben, he's helped me twice and has gone out of his way to make me a very happy customer both times. He took his time while I was selecting a new battery, and then checked each one making sure that it was working at top performance before leaving the store. I was in yesterday to purchase some things, and once again, I was wowed by his kindness, care and the time he took with me. Even though I'm a senior, he treated me like an old friend. I love this warm hearted, kind and gentle young man. What an asset to any business, it's so evident that he is devoted to his employer. This isn't my 1st visit to Vape King--but I walked in w/ an everlasting "check atomizer" error & broken dreams.. I will not ever admit the actual # of hours I spent on this, but I was troubleshooting YouTube for a long time last night with no luck . Just got into Vaoing and looked for some good stores in Lee County, couldn't have gotten luckier. Great and knowledgeable staff. Been to two of their locations( Bonita springs and Ft. Myers Beach). They are amazing! Great prices, staff is super friendly and helpful. They will work with you on price and, walk you through everything and try and make the experience better for you. Unlike some other places that try and up sell you and push brands and things that may not be right for you, they will take an interest in what you like and guide you onto the best vaping experience for you. 5 stars all day long! The staff and owner are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from including ones that can be custom made right there in front of you! This was my first time going to this vape store and I can 't fathom going any place else since I found this gem! What an awesome experience!! Vape King was the first place vape store I've visited since moving to Florida. That being said I will never go to another vape shop. Vinny, Ben and the rest of the crew are always very kind, knowledgable and helpful. I never feel pressured into buying anything and always value their opinion. This is by far one of the best vape stores in the swfl area, as well as their location in east naples. They are always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also offer a limited warranty but they are the ONLY vape store that offers ANY kind of warranty which I very much appreciate. Their prices are very reasonable and they always have specials and customer loyalty punch cards for their house liquids. I really like the staff here. I don't have any issues with the pricing structure here either. You cannot be the best at what you do, and the cheapest. Those two things just do not correlate. However, with the high quality juices and e-cigs, absolutely superior customer service, and several very clean establishments, Vape King definitely gives you some serious value in every dollar spent there. Vape King is such an amazing store I've bought a couple mods and juices from them but my last experience I had I went in with an old broken smok pen 22 they gave me a free coil showed me what was wrong and fixed it all of no charge because of my dilemma the owner personally helped me I was very impressed with the situation.
