I called a friend still there and asked to have the manager put it behind the counter to pick up the next day. Well the next day I arrive and the employee "Wayne" tells ask what it looked like and then says " that was a nice lighter. It was on the table when I was leaving ,I knew it wasn't one of ours so I took it home". I asked him to bring it back and I'd come back the next day to get it. I come back and another manager tells me that he wasn't due in until later that evening so I left my number. Another day no call from the store, then I call the next day and still no lighter. Most businesses have a simple lost and found policy of hold items behind the counter and see if someone returns for it. I never heard of employees allowed to remove that which does not belong to them because it's nice looking and don't demand they return it to the store after a customer inquiry that has been verified. Four days after my original return to find my lighter two visits to ask and a phone call nothing. They have my number if the want me to have it returned gas cost too much to keep driving there for nothing. However, they have lost me as a customer and I will not be suggesting them to anyone else. Good experience = 5 potential customers, bad experience = loss of 20 potential customers.

I had to explain the meaning of mellow to him. Then he showed me two boxes of cigars. I bought one from him. When I opened the cigar box, it was not Churchill cigars to my shock. I will never go there again. I will go to other cigar stores who have been friendly to me in the past.
