I never ever write reviews however I was compelled to have to do so after visiting this place a few times. For starters I was very excited for a vape shop to open. The place is nice, decent juice, and some of the staff was very cool. My first experience wasnt too bad, I stopped by just before heading to work, I tried some juices and mingled. While I was there it was obvious that they were just starting because a man was charged for way more that he shouldve been but I just thought hey accidents happen. After returning and going to their grand opening I was real turned off. The blonde elderly lady bickers with her staff, and they just dont seem to have it together. Well I'm totally new to the vape world, so it was extremely nice to have the owner of the shop her self (Rose) help me find exactly what I liked and needed. Also how to use a vape It's now been 6 weeks of not smoking a stinky, life killing cigarette. She's also showed me how to help step down the nicotine. I started at 12 and now I'm at 3. And her co workers are incredible as well. Helped me find exactly the kind of flavors I like. (Sam) And (Shawn) built me a vape that not only satisfied my smoking urge, but was a beautiful piece to look at as well. I love this place. I love vape. Vapetown- excellent shop! I was addressed the second I walked in. I pretended not to know much about vaping. The owner (I think) Rose and a dude named Dennis were more than happy to help me and answered ask my questions. They even suggested an excellent kit to start with. The shop has a great atmosphere and is filled with eliquid. Tons of gear for the beginner Vaper and tons for the advanced Vaper! Which is amazing. Most shops tend to have allot of one or the other. My experience from beginning to end was very pleasurable! They even helped to dispel all the ridiculous vaping scary stories and rumors! I'm stuck in the desert and this place was on the way back to my hotel room. They were a little busy, but not crazy. All the staff greeted me politely. I don't remember the guys name, but I told him what I wanted and and if he could recommend something similar, which he did. Great service, great experience. The owner, Rose was on sight and was very personable. The only thing is that they don't seem to sell coils individually, only in packs. The price for the five pack of coils was a steal, but being able to just buy one would be a lot more convenient. I'll probably go back before I leave and check out their mods and juice selection as I didn't have much time to spare. read more

Rose and the fellas over there at Vape Town have been nothing but good in my book since the very first day I walked in. We had a little miscue with my first experience at the shop but they went above and beyond to make it right letting me know the true character of the shop. I'm glad this is my local shop and feel lucky to have a local business that I use there to take care of my vaping needs. Rose has gone out of her way to get things for me that she doesn't stock because that is what I wanted. I could chill over there and vape my ass off all day. I was passing through on my way to North Edwards, and my vape started leaking coming over the pass. Since I'm using my vape to quit smoking, (THREE AND A HALF WEEKS SO FAR, YEAH BUDDY) and driving is extremely anxiety inducing, I was panicking. I happened to be passing close by here, and called to see if they had the seals for my mod (SMOK Stick V9 Max). They didnt, but the dude (I didn't catch his name) looked at my mid, and figured out what was going on SUPER quickly, (change in altitude) and told me how to fix it. Worth the drive, I have stopped in vape stores all over Riverside County, San Diego and Los Angeles Counties and driving to San Bernardino county to get to this place easy off the freeway exit is worth the drive. This place has an excellent selection of products IN STOCK and they custom build to your exact needs. Even if you didn't know you needed it because you didn't know it existed till they showed you something awesome. Best place in the desert. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. They were really low pressure I wasn't sure what I wanted and they showed me the pros and cons of several setups and didn't just push the most expensive thing.
