DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES. I tried to get a refund in early October for a £50 vape I bought end of September, which wasn't working for me, it was burning coils out within a week, sometimes within a couple days, regardless of if the coil came with that mod or was from a different one which would otherwise have lasted for 3-4 weeks. I did visit the store once before requesting a refund finally and was given a free coil then too. Upon requesting the refund, the assistant called her manager and I was told they could give me a free coil but to call Smok regarding the mod, even though I was well within the 28 day/4week returns period. I went back today as the problem is still happening, just to be told if I had asked for a refund within the 28 day period (which I did) they would have done it for me, but now they can't as that window has far passed. I did bring up the fact I had came in within this period and was fobbed off with a free coil (£12 loss now for them, £50 + cost of about 4 coils loss- £24 - for me) and the same girl from the first time said there was nothing they could do. I had her call the manager (who advised the first time I went to give me the coil) and he was extremely rude, denied my rights as a customer to be refunded the first time, and basically saying they didn't have to give me the free coil, they didn't have to do anything for me the first time I came, and definitely not now. Even though the shop assistant said they could have refunded me within the 28 days but didn't......???? Just a load of faffing about and fobbing off any form of responsibility, now I'm down over £50 on a vape I haven't wanted for a long time, and they get to carry on essentially ROBBING their previously loyal customers. My partner, my self nor any of our friends who use this shop will be wasting our money there again, I suggest you don't either.

I returned to the shop the following morning and asked could I be refunded they refused. The item had not been used and the box was in pristine condition. I asked it it could be exchanged for £ 25 worth of oil They still refused. I did promise them, the first chance I got I would be leaving a review and here it is. Would not recommend.
