Went here on a Sunday at 5:00pm. The place was empty. It's in an area off the main strip in Brickell so I guess it doesn't attract that much traffic on the weekend. The server wasn't that friendly or talkative. The decor was nice with tall ceilings and a clean fresh feel. Most of the food we ordered was excellent, the spaghetti bolognese was one of the best I've ever had. The gelato and fudge brownie for dessert was also perfect. The margarita pizza was good, but the crust underneath was not crispy, just soft. I like how you can see the kitchen easily and how they cook. The only issue I had was that I could not contact the restaurant ahead of time to ask about parking. I tried to call all day Saturday and Sunday morning and all I got back was a busy signal. I also emailed them many times and not one reply, and an HQ email address doesn't seem to exist either.

Ordered take out and it was really nice :) My call was picked up in a timely manner and I felt like the employee on the phone had a really good attitude. Took about 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. I was a little late so by the time I got there, food was only warm Despite the food just being warm, it was so good!!! I wish the bbq chicken pizza had more bbq sauce but otherwise, so good! The restaurant itself is really nice outside. Would be cute for a night out!

I hadn't realized Vapianos across the U.S. had closed, and after my visit here, I can't see why. I stopped in for a quick afternoon bite and sat at the bar, where I ordered the beef carpaccio: 10/10. It was fresh, savory, and surprisingly light yet satisfying. The ambiance was warm and inviting with tasteful décor, and the service was friendly throughout. Strongly recommend!

Very nice ambiance tucked away between the Miami high rises and reasonable prices. Fresh ingredients used and had the spaghetti Arribata and mozzarella bruschetta. Unique sangria. Server could have been more attentive. He didn't fill water the whole Time until We asked for the bill. Didn't check in after first few bites

Great place with reasonable prices and good food and service for casual dining with family, friends or a date. Unlike pre covid or the NYC location I was used to, it is now sit down service. There is a nice cozy bar area and plenty of covered outdoor seating as well. The pastas and salads my friends ordered looked delicious, I ordered the pizza which unfortunately was not up to New York standards with a soft doughy crust. With all the other vegetarian options available I can always try something else when I go back. I did also see a dog so was happy that they are also dog friendly!!

Really love the atmosphere and the food and drinks of this place. Happy hour starts from 3 to 7 and I think that's an amazing time for happy hour. This restaurant is mostly an Italian restaurant with a twist. So you're gonna find your favorite pizza with some twist and also really great pastas And other Italian known dishes. This is also located in Brickell and it's very conveniently placed. Inside is very nice and they also have cooking classes for pizza and spaghetti or pasta. There's a private floor upstairs for a larger party if needed. I really enjoyed the beef carpaccio along with the lasagna Bolognese. The drinks for happy hour were also strong and delicious.

Service was a bit slow although our waiter was very nice and did his best. We were a larger group however the restaurant was pretty empty other than us so it was frustrating he didn't have anyone to help. The food came out slowly and not all together which was a bit frustrating. The waiter forgot my drink order as well and I had to remind him. The food was decent but their menu was limited and did not have any gluten free options for one person in our party which was very disappointing and surprising as well. Overall the restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and they have a large patio area as well.

Same great service and food that you expect anywhere else in Vapiano worldwide. Great fan of this restaurant - first time ate in London more than a decade ago and then followed up in Dubai and other places around Europe and Middle East. However, this format in Miami is not like others where you get a card on your way in you tap everywhere from live kitchen stations pick up your own food and then pay on the way out by discharging your card For the amount. Ambience is the same great set up worth a visit if you're visiting financial district in Miami. It's such a shame that there's only one Vapiano in the entire United States.

The food here is Amazing! It was my first time visiting, loved the mural when you first walk in. Our waiter was nice and helpful in recommending their best sellers. We went ahead to order the spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, carbonara, and the forgammi pizza. All were absolutely incredible with lots of flavors. If I had to choose the Carbonara and lasagna were my top favorites. I love their happy hour special. This place is worth trying. Home made pasta.

I've been living in Brickell for 2 years and decided to give this place a shot. The place itself is nice and clean, but the service ruined the experience. Our waiter was loud, dragging tables across the floor (check the video I posted), and never once checked on us or refilled our waters without us asking. It took him 15 minutes just to bring marinara for our cheese sticks, and the food, while okay, took a while to come out. Overall, decent atmosphere but terrible service. Wouldn't come back.

Welcome back, Vapiano! After having been closed for about 2-3 years, Vapiano has re-opened as a traditional sit-down style restaurant. My fiancée was familiar with the original concept having finished her schooling up in Washington D.C.. When she moved back home and we moved in together to Brickell, we were very excited to eat here since it was close by, but did not get the chance before they closed. I am very happy to report that we've been here twice in the last week. Great food, great portions, and good prices for the area. Some of these dishes at neighboring restaurants will run you more for smaller portions, so give Vapiano a shot if you haven't already! The interior of Vapiano is very minimalistic and modern with greenery throughout the restaurant, including their pots of basil plants which are for diner use! The service is very warm and in our experience, we've never had to wait a long time for our meals. Here's everything we've gotten to try so far: - Carbonara ($20): hard to mess this pasta up, but they execute it very well. Creamy, cooked al dente, with a good amount of bacon scattered in the pasta, and made with your choice of noodle and spice level (something I've never been offered at other Italian restaurants, so we were able to get ours pretty spicy)! We chose linguini for our pasta, which came out great. Wish they offered a pappardelle option! - Calzone ($18): bigger than the plate it's served on, this is the spiritual successor to the one that was offered at Luna Park in Brickell City Centre. Easily feeds 2 people, and the calzone itself is jam packed with cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. - Reef N' Beef Salad ($21): this was a pretty expensive but oh-so-delicious salad! Made with beef tenderloin and grilled prawns (!), arugula, lettuce, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and tossed around in what tasted like a green goddess sauce. - Pepperoni Pizza ($18): a classic pizza which they excel at. You are given the choice of an "appetizer" sized pie or an entrée one. This is bigger than the personal pizza pies sold in the area, so it also can be split between two people. - Tiramisu ($9): served in a cup, this tiramisu is creamy and delicious. Even with the espresso beans, it could've used more espresso in my opinion, but it was still delicious. Maybe I'll try one of the other desserts next time. Already planning our next visit! I love having a more "affordable" Italian option in the area that doesn't sacrifice on quality. We will try the risotto next!

We got lucky and the hostess actually seated us almost right away. The staff is amazing and friendly. Usually on big holidays restaurants in Miami are short staffed and service always suffers. Osteria's energy was warm and beyond welcoming. We ordered the calamari again and it was wonderfully crispy. For our Entrees we had the steak with a side of asparagus and pappardelle ossobuco. Steak was perfectly seasoned. The veal pasta sauce was out of this world. Honestly I think stopping by Osteria might be our Christmas Eve tradition from now on. An opulent failed attempt at fine dining…read more At first glance, the place is impressive -- beautiful cars outside, constant traffic of guests walking in, crisp white tablecloths setting the stage for what appears to be a refined dining experience. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.
