A few weeks ago I updated my review for Vapology following a visit, it was not good. The owner, I believe his name is Chris, contacted my so-called 'brother in-law' who Vapology sponsors in vaping competitions. B.I.L. contacted me and was pretty rude to me about my review, although the store had truly earned it. I *was* interested in keeping the peace among my 'family' so against my better judgment I removed the review. Let me start this by saying: It's not about the $, I have plenty and a discount of this size was such a small dollar amount, my issue is with the flippant attitude of the clerk. I had gone to Vapology to purchase some cotton and a juice, with a 5% off coupon offered by yelp from checking-in. The young man behind the counter was way more interested in returning to his buddies than helping me. He rang me up and casually glanced at the coupon and said oh this is from when we first opened up in October, I can't take it. Ok - maybe I was wrong. I got back to my car and there was no expiration date and he read "October" from a special the store was running every day of October. Customers are fickle and we have the right to be. All of these things can be purchased online for far cheaper. We come to local shops for fun and service. I didn't complain at the time, I just won't be back. read more

I was a bit nervous about coming in to Vapology as a complete vaping newb (outside of having tried my friends' stuff) and not knowing how I might be viewed since I was taking up nicotine-free vaping as a non-smoker, but Josh (as well as the other patrons) was so friendly and helpful that I relaxed immediately. Josh walked me through options and did not at all try to sell me something super expensive or beyond what I would need. When I changed my mind (more than once) about which device I wanted during the course of my visit, he was completely happy to explain and switch everything over to that new device. Not impressed. I'd been there a lot and have spent hundreds. I bought a $50 base and it broke within three days- no big deal- sometimes stuff is faulty. But instead of taking it back and giving me a replacement, the genius working there insisted that I had dropped it (which I hadn't) and began arguing about how there's no way it could have broken any other way. He could have easily just taken it back and gotten a refund from the manufacturer, instead he lost my business for good. Bottom line, I would go somewhere else. There are plenty of other shops out there that treat customers better and will help customers out instead of arguing and accusing. read more

I found Vapology 101 to have a sufficient selection. I was disappointed with ability to try the different juices. They only had mods that you drip on. I use a tank and juice can and most often does taste different in a tank. They also didn't have all flavors available to try. read more

I'm extremely picky when it comes to ejuices, and ended up walking away from my 1st visit here with 3 new favorite flavors to add to the top 5 roster of ejuices. I have had nothing but outstanding customer service at the shop. The staff is friendly, insightful, & attentive. The prices do seem a little high on certain things but you have to remember that this is a brick & mortar so why you're getting is the customer service aspect long with your piece & juices. I have personally purchased three separate pieces from this location & just introduced my brother to his first. There's plenty of shops in the local area but only this is the only one I frequent for all my products. read more
