Had an issue with a mod I purchased a few days ago my first time in the shop...leaky, won't hold a charge with a new battery, charging cords won't stay in. Told the guy I wanted to get more juice while I was in but wanted to talk about exchanging the mod, it just kinda sucked all around; he got defensive fast, making faces when I showed him pics of it leaking. When I said I was disappointed he wouldn't back the product that he personally recommended he said 'good luck sweetheart' and asked if I could read the no return sign. After a couple 'sweethearts' and him raising his voice saying he was trying to work with me and explain how to use the device I quietly picked up my stuff to leave and told him to f*ck off on the way out after he said 'have a great day, sweetheart!' He called me a dumb bitch and when I turned around he came out from behind the counter and said 'get out of my store you c*nt' and something to the effect of 'you might be used to getting what you want all the time, but not here!' Probably won't go back here when I get my next allowance. read more

I agree partially with the other reviewer, Leah A...both cartridges I purchased leak terribly! One of them only works about 20% of the time. When I tried to replace it, I was told that it was user error. I paid a lot of money for these devices, and they are completely useless. The staff has been friendly, but not helpful. I'm assuming they are owners of the company, and if they are to truly be helpful, they will change their devices and offer exchanges to those of us that have purchased their current device. Not a good business plan, I am going elsewhere. Chris read more

I agree with the other reviewer in that the owners of are extremely helpful. I went into their shop 30 minutes before closing & explained to them that I had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer & it was imperative that I quit smoking as soon as possible. Furthermore, I'm a long time clove cig smoker & I hate the taste of regular cigarettes. They spent well over an hour allowing me to sample their various e-juices & I found 4 that I really liked. I also decided to purchase a new vapor kit that was like the ones they use for samples since it was vastly superior to the starter kit I had gotten from Tulsa's "flagship" chain of vapor shops. One week later, I am completely cigarette free! I still have a half pack of Djarums sitting in my dresser that I'm not even tempted to smoke. I've had no problems whatsoever with the vapor kit I purchased & the e-juices I purchased are downright yummy. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Vapor Club & I plan to give them all my business. read more

I'm so sad that I have to leave this review, the staff were incredibly nice! They were so helpful with everything I needed from top to bottom! They helped me for nearly an hour, and I was so happy when I left. It's been about a week and a half now, I'm on my FIFTH clearomizer (cartridge). Every single one I had used, leaked. Not just a little. It was everywhere. I couldn't even get the charger to work at all because it had leaked into it. All FOUR times. Definitely not made well or even a good product. Not looking to receive compensation or my money back. Would NOT recommend any of the product. Again, NOT the staff. They were a delight, which makes this so terrible. read more

I live right around the corner from the vapor club, so it's convenience can't be beaten, but there are at least 3 vapor shops within a two mile radius of my house. This is the greatest vapor store in Tulsa!! No question. The owners are unparalleled in customer service! They know me by name and I have noticed that I am not the only person greeted with a personal touch. The prices are so low that for a while I questioned how they could stay in business. Now I see that they have a large and loyal client base. They have premium liquids in addition to their own liquids. Although I am now a huge fan of their new premium liquids, I still buy their mixtures as well. You probably think I was paid to write this or that I work there, but I can assure you that this is not the case. I am a tennis coach in Tulsa, and this is my first ever review. If this place were 10 miles out if the way and only open 3 hours a week, I would happily make the drive and line up to be able to fill my needs at this Vapor Club!! read more
