Vapor hut has Great customer service, however they don't sell quality products. I bought 3 e cigarettes from them and all 3 quit working within 3 months of me purchasing thwm. read more

Beyond poor quality and embarrassing. Only one was open out of three. I asked to be reimbursed for the other unopened toys. Thinking at least they'd take them back giving store credit. Unfortunately for them they decided that the merchandise they sold me wasn't worth the deal. Save your money for a store that values it's customers.

Seven weeks ago, I purchased a mattress and pillows from the Aiken Mattress Warehouse. Several…read moremistakes were made on the receipt which I noticed the next day. There were also items on sale for which I was to get a refund. I was told that it would all be corrected. I received a partial refund about 2 weeks later. When I went back to the store, I was told that the balance was approved and I should be getting the approximately $900, back within 14 days. That didn't happen. After 2 more visits to the store, a phone call with the manager and two emails to customer service, I still have not seen the refund or even the emails which I was told I would receive. I will update with further reviews in the future.

Visited this thrift store for their big annual discount sale. The back half of the store (old…read morewarehouse) reeks of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to determine if the smell was coming from something inside the large room (i.e., furniture, rugs, items, etc.) or if that was just the way it always smelled. They keep the children's toys and items in this part of the store, among many other things. I've had severe asthma my whole life, so even just being in that room was enough to make me start coughing. They have so much of their own decor that it can be confusing when trying to figure out what is actually for sale and what belongs to the store. Additionally, the store does not individually price a large amount of items (which are clearly for sale!) which is very frustrating (some areas have signs w/prices, others do not). Items that have been priced, vary greatly. For example, a very cheap purse might be listed at $20+ while a name brand purse is listed at $8. They have a section of designer/name brand items that is also marked up significantly. It would make sense if their prices were a fraction of what the item cost brand-new, but they're out here charging $35+ for very used leggings! And they weren't even Lululemon! The cashier was disengaged and barely acknowledged shoppers, despite the long line. It takes .10 seconds to make eye contact and greet a person. There are so many better, more reasonably priced stores in the area, so this is a no for me.

The people that work at this place are the worst part about it. They are slow, disinterested and extremely full of themselves. One scruffy-faced teenager is usually all they have running the store, and he is painfully slow and has an abrasive personality to boot. He thinks he knows everything and he has an attitude about it. Every time I go in to purchase just a single bottle of juice I'll have to wait at least 5-10 minutes before anyone will acknowledge my presence. Usually the staff is busy just chatting with other customers or trying to up-sell expensive units. If you at all value your time, DO NOT go to Vapor Hut. As for their products... you're far better off ordering online, because that's where they get all their inventory anyway. You will pay a 300% markup for cheap overseas crap that usually breaks within a few months. They do have a large selection of juices, but so does every other vape store in the area. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Excellent products and service! I especially love their high VG juices for sub ohm vaping. If you are new to vaping, do not go for the cheap e-cig pen style vaping. The devices will not last long and the level of vaping satisfaction is minimal, regardless of brand. Sub ohm vaping with a good mod (minimum 50 watts) provides a much more satisfying hit and the equipment is built better (and will last longer). Sub ohm vaping costs a bit more but is well worth it! read more

Vapor hut is by far the best vape shop in Aiken. Great prices, very helpful employees, and a clean shop. They do anything they can to make sure you get a great experience with them. They have a great selection of regular and premium juices as well as mods. Don't waste your time anywhere else. read more
