And 2- see if I could get assistance with our Verizon business account after spending 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon customer service with no luck. I was helped by Sean who absolutely could have shut me down on assisting me (as it's really not his problem or his department) with the billing issue we are currently having. After making it known he may not be able to help but he'd absolutely try his best to assist, he spent an obnoxious amount of time on the phone with customer service with me trying to resolve the billing issue and removing the hot spots off our account. We were successful with 1 of those 2 things which felt like a huge win seeing as the 2 hours I spent on the phone with Verizons useless customer service I couldn't even get that done. We then upgraded my phone, and the transfer took a ridiculous amount of time due to my ridiculous number of pictures I had on my phone. He was so patient, let me leave both phones there and go do what I needed to do and come back to get the new phone. The customer service here is exceptional and it's definitely the place to go and Sean is definitely the guy you want to see here!

These ladies were so meticulous and always took the absolute best care of him during that time I have since had to take him to two other eye doctors in town, but no one else compares. Paying out of pocket can be tough, but they're worth it. I just spent $55 on an eye exam somewhere else and couldn't even get them to measure his PD unless I was also willing to pay $300 for a pair of glasses through them. I will most definitely be bringing my son back to Dr. Hart the next time he needs an exam. A+ customer service.

BUT, as we were leaving we apparently went out of the parking lot the wrong way (we were doing the same as the two cars before us) and a van with Waggoner's Nursery stickers on the side was waiting to turn in to the parking lot and the gentleman driving the van was very upset with my husband for apparently coming out of the parking lot the wrong way and proceeded to shake his head, throw his hands up in the air, point at us and who knows where else and shout things that we thankfully could not hear! Had we not been in a hurry my husband would have taken back all that we had just purchased! Sadly, the wonderful experience we had just had a few minutes earlier had turned into one that we will never be back for again! I'm sorry that this gentleman was unhappy about the way we were coming out of the parking lot of his business but as I said before this was our first visit and we had no clue that there was a certain way you were suppose to use! Honestly I was surprised that someone would act like that while driving a vehicle that is used to advertise their business! I would love for West Plains Music to move to Mountain Home and set up business so we had a selection like West Plains does now. I went to West Plains Music about 6 weeks ago and talked to the owner about buying a new Fender Guitar. He was very nice to me, but I could tell that his stress load was at 400%. I agree that a store owner should never show their emotions like described in another review here, but we are humans and not machines. I plan to go there tomorrow to buy a new guitar, and I am thankful I only need to drive 45 minutes to get there. If West Plains stops doing business at West Plains Music, then we will all be forced to drive to Springfield Mo to actually touch a guitar we are interested in buying. Just my view of the situation.

The owner of this store has a terrible temper and is unable to control himself. He loses his temper…read morewith his customers and shouts at them as if he were their angry father and they were his angry teenagers. He is out of control. I have seen other signs of this, but today was the worst. I saw him yelling at a woman who was with two obviously disabled adults. She tried to calm him down, and he just started yelling at her. He shouted, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?" at her, as if he had some right to speak to her that way. Here's a clue: Nobody has the right to speak to anyone the way he spoke to her. She calmly took the disabled adults out of the store as quickly and quietly as she could. She told him that she would not answer him and that she was leaving. He followed her out into the street and continued to shout at her. As soon as I could, I slipped out of the store without buying anything. When my kids need band instruments this autumn, I will be getting them elsewhere. I think he is deranged. What kind of man cannot control his temper in his own place of business? If he feels free to shout at a woman he does not know at all, how is he treating his wife?
