This is why I just order my vape juice online from a different store... I go into this store around 7pm om 5/28/2021 there were two females helping costumers. As I am staring accross the counter for products and me being the only customer inside the store one associate completely ignored me I was there and she just Sat on her stool while I waited for assistance. The other associate got done with her duties and started to help I think her name is "Gyllian". After I picked out my items and was ready for checkout I asked some questions and Gyllian answered them. After I was asked my name to put on my account she asked for my last name. Normally I spell it out because they'll ask me to spell it. After I spelled it out the girl responded you could have just said it. I said oh Im sorry. The other associate stayed quiet and did not say a word. After I had paid for my items and was exiting the store they just started laughing and or gigging to themselves. I said Thank you the lady that did not help me and sat on her stool responded uhuh. I left questioning what was going on. Was it something I said? What were they laughing at.? Why did the other associate just ignore me but answered with an uhuh after I said thank you. I will probably not be back at this store for a very long time atleast until they replace these rude associates. I hope this situation get handled. read more

I have been a loyal customer of the Rogers store for probably 2 years. I've purchased 3 mods from them and countless bottles of juice and accessories. The last mod I bought was a VandyVape Pulse Dual back on 10/25. Yesterday, 11/11, the button got stuck in the "on" position and the device was rendered completely useless. I still had the box and receipt and everything, so I took it in to exchange it and the rep helping me called his manager who told rep to tell me that the return policy was 15 days and it had been 17 days, so they wouldn't be able to return it. Yesterday was Sunday and they were closed, and as of Sunday, it was 16 days after purchase. I thought I'd call the manager to try to explain that I'm a regular customer and ask him to consider making an exception since it broke one day after their 15-day policy. A good manager might say, "The guy's a regular at our store and has bought multiple units there, and will probably buy many more, the mod legitimately malfunctioned one day beyond the deadline, let's take care of him." Not only did the manager not say that, he refused to even talk to me. Instead he told the rep to tell me it didn't matter who I talked to they would all say the same thing. I don't know about you, dear reader, but in my experience, a manager is supposed to listen to customer complaints and resolve them. That's a manager's job. I told the rep thank you very much and I would take my future business elsewhere, to which I was reminded they have 60 stores. Am I to understand that one customer's business doesn't matter when you have that many locations? How many successful retailers have become successful by shirking their customer service issues? So, to anyone who's looking for a good local vape shop to use, I strongly advise passing on Vapor World. There's plenty of competition out there willing to reward you for your loyalty. Vapor World will be glad to take your money, but when it comes to customer service you'll be ignored. -Dismayed customer read more

I have bought lots of stuff from vapor world and yesterday on 10/31/2020 I bought a new mod. I bought the vital u-key. I didn't work so I charged it all night and still doesn't hit. I took it back today 11/01/2020 and the kid working called the manager, manger told him to test it so he put an empty tank on it pushed the button and said sorry seems to be working to me there's nothing we can do about it. The back of the receipt says there is a 14 day exchange policy and they refuse to honor that. I will never buy from a vapor world again and I will be telling everyone I know that vaps NOT to use them. The manager is VERY unprofessional. I would have given this place a zero rating but it wouldn't let me. read more

Not impressed. Not a wonderful selection at all. The place had this little teenage-acting boy running the show last time I went in. I took my 54 year old mother there to try to get her to quit smoking. And this guy knew my mom was a beginner and was trying to sell her huge expensive mods and was making inappropriate jokes to her. I won't be back and will let my fellow vapors know that there are better places to go. read more

They're knowledgable about their products, and they can do repairs in the shop, while you wait. It's a friendly, comfortable environment with cold drinks and water ( free ) for their customers. And they give you points on your member cards, if you buy anything. Their local competitor only gives you points if your buy juice. 100 points, and they give you a free bottle of juice. This place goes through employees like most people go through underwear. They only have 2 employees that know anything about vaping. Will is the BEST employee. Their prices are too high and they never have the product you want. When they were mixing their own juice they even played a joke on a very good customer by mixing his nicotine level too high as a joke on the customer. Recently they used half of a brick to hold the door open, They did not warn the customers and one of the best customers they HAD tripped over the unmarked brick causing the customer to tear up the cartilage in his right knee and caused extreme damage to his right hip. They barred the hurt customer from coming back into the store and this customer came in daily and spent quite a bit of money there. I do not recommend this store to anyone. read more
