In a fab location on this busy bustling street of Prenzlauer Berg, you can enjoy eating out on the street in the sun, soaking up the atmosphere. Just a shame that the service and food wasn't up to expectations. Also it it was 11.45am and we were rudely told it was breakfast items only. We were a group and 3 of us ordered the classic breakfast - instead of receiving it on individual plates as expected, we were served up a platter and had to share. We weren't asked or told this would happen and had to all move the table seats around to manage this unexpectedly. Also the classic has only meat, 2x cheeses, a lot of butter and some too runny scrambled eggs. The bread is only white rolls too, not the usual mix of rye, brown and white you can expect elsewhere. On the plus side, the cappuccino was good (not bitter, which is normal in German run places) but they only had soy milk, not any Hafer (oat milk). Unfortunately it's also again another cafe here who has only one staff doing everything and becomes rude because they're simply just too busy. Good spot for a coffee in the warmer months though! read more
