She told me she would get a price together and get back to me to schedule a time to get it in. I had not heard back from her so in March 2021 I decided to stop in and check on the status of it and see if she ever ordered it. Barb said she totally forgot about it and said she would order it and put me on the schedule for April. About a week and a half went by and I had not heard back from her. So I called her and spoke to her on my way home and asked her if she forgot about me again. She said no and that she had spoke to Dan(her mechanic)and that it was going to be much more then she had quoted me. I asked her how much more and she said she would have to put the quote together. I said that works and that it would still be cheaper then Brenners since they are $25 an hour more. She replied "not necessarily". Then she added "what I am trying to say is Dan doesn't want to do it". I told her that was bad business that she didn't call me back and let me know this and she told me she apologized for that. The bottom line is Barb kept pushing me around since November 2020 when she didn't want to do the work. Instead of simply being upfront with me about the issue, she avoided reaching out to me and was dishonest about it when I asked her the last call. I wouldn't recommend doing business with her and if you asked around the county you would find plenty of people who felt the same way. I can see why now.

Mike pulled the truck in from the rain on the day I called about it to get some different pictures and he sent a very thorough and honest description of the truck. I decided to purchase it and glad I did. After we did all the bank paperwork over the phone, I had a friend fly me to the little airport nearby where Kevin picked me up. After a few signatures I was headed home in the new to me truck. I wish I lived closer to be able to deal with these folks more often, if you do; I highly recommend them.
