Service that they offer were the same as in Manhattan but the price they charge were much less. No appointment necessary though you may have to wait. They will serve you coffee while you wait. When I decided to go in, both me and my wife were offered tea, coffee or water. My german isn't that good but they made an effort to understand and were comprehensive. The haircut is good also, I don't require much but I got what I asked for. All in all, great value for your money and good attention. I will be going back.
