SCAMMERS. The WORST experience and costumer service ever. We asked them to give us 128 GB iPad but instead they gave us 32 GB, (due to their own miscommunication between three colleagues) and they did not show us the back of the box throughout the whole process. When we noticed and went back the next day, they called us liars and told us that we did not ask for the 128 Gb and they are not going to change the iPad, even though we were ready to pay the extra money. They also SCAMMED us for the tax return money, instead of writing the passport number so we can collect the tax, they wrote 11111... so we were not able to collect the tax money at the Istanbul airport. read more
