She helped us plan our itinerary and activities, and was able to give us advice as to what were good flight deals. She was even able to hook us up with a free bottle of wine in our room, free upgrades with our dining package, and a coupon for the spa. So needed and it was such a special touch. We felt very taken care of. The only drawback was that there was not as much fall color as we'd like to see, but that wasn't her fault at all. All in all, it was a beautiful trip and we got to make such special memories.

We had problems with Sun Country and we tried to reach out to Ms. Allen, to which she replied she doesn't work weekends. Additionally, when my friend told her about our encounter with Sun Country, Ms. Allen stated she had problems with them previously, but she booked our flights with them without warning us of potential problems. The Monday following the weekend-long fiasco of trying to reach our destination, Ms. Allen appeared and told us she had rebooked our flight an hotel for July 3rd. Again, she has very specific hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Toward the end of her workday, Ms. Allen stated everything was taken care of, but we had no itinerary. Of course, I asked for it but I never received it. She did inform us that the resort that we had previously booked had been canceled but a representative with Funjet could assist us as she was leaving the office for the day. When my friend and I spoke with the Funjet rep, he told us we had no confirmed seats on the plane or hotel reservation. Ms. Allen told us we needed to pay an additional $570 to reinstate our travel plans. After speaking with Funjet, I sent Ms. Allen with Emerald Booking an email asking that she not process my credit card payment that was Monday evening and it is now Friday morning. She has not made contact with me or my friend to apologize for the mix-up or explain what happened. I have never in my life had such an awful experience related to travel. Buyer beware!

Wade went above and beyond to ensure everyone in our party had everything they needed for this trip- coordinating cabins, hotel stays, flights, airport travel, excursion recommendation, etc. We also have a child with special needs and Wade was knowledgeable about services offered and how to manage coordinating efforts during our time in ship.
