I was hesitant as picking a tax preparer from a random Google search is "risky" since they deal with your personal information. Response: Sadly this is Ms. Lawrence's typical response on being called out on bad business. Your longtime clients just don't know how messed up their taxes are until a certified accountant looks over their books.
