The owner seem like hard working guy. I recommend pick up for the pizza to guarantee that it is hot. I tried delivery and the order came cold and was told we would receive a discount "next time". Well, I think they should have delivered a hot pizza that night but, oh well. In my opinion I think it is the best pizza in the Columbia area. I had to leave a review of this GEM!!!!. My husband and I stopped for a sub. This place served one of the best I have ever had. It was on freshly baked hoggie bun. The owner bakes fresh every day. The owner and his wife are authentic, warm and welcoming. While enjoying our lunch when the wife came to check on us she dropped two small cannoli's. They were Delicious!!!! Never ordering from this place AGAIN! Horrible delivery service. Waited 2 hours for my food only to find out the driver took it to the wrong address. Then when I called to complain not only did they not apologized but offered me credit for my food! Like seriously?! you just left my kids without dinner and your solution is credit?! your customer service sucks! Not to mention my first time ordering I got my food cold and the bread was all soggy. Was looking for a really good Stromboli. I had one in New Hope last weekend and I could not get it out of my mind. My husband ordered one also. After about 10 minutes me and my husband looked at each other with the same thought- these were the WORST Stromboli we have ever eaten. The top was burnt and incredibly chewy. The bottom was soggy and gross. It seemed like the took a mozzarella stick and put it in the fold and there was no other cheese anywhere. The steak was not bad but it could not save the rest. Stopped in today for lunch & ordered the special, 2 slices of cheese pizza & a drink. Plain cheese pizza's got nothing to hide, either it good or it crap. There's no hiding behind toppings. This is good pizza at a good price. Only glitch is their ATM reader apparently works infrequently so there is that WTF moment. However the nice man behind the counter works it out for you. We called for delivery on a Saturday night for 3 large pizzas and had them delivered to a local fire hall since we were having a Relay For Life dance there. The person on the phone was great and we had our pizzas delivered in about 30-40min. They were piping hot and really good. If I lived in Columbia, this would be my go to pizza place! read more

Pretty disgusted with this place. I purchased a gift certificate through a third party website and when I went in to redeem it the man working there said he wouldn't take it. He was extremely rude and would not even read the certificate. I tried to explain it, but he just interrupted me and said no. I was absolutely outraged by how he treated me. I would never bring my business to a place with rude employees or management. There is a way to handle customer service with respect and dignity and this guy did not get that. We came in based on other positive reviews. What a mistake. My family of 8 walked in and were completely ignored, even though there was only one other party in the place. We seated ourselves, and waited for service. It took us a little bit to figure out nobody was going to come over. We didn't know you had to order at the counter, and the staff certainly wasn't going to tell us. My mother and granddaughter ordered BLT's which were served on stale rolls. I had the chicken parm and it was probably the worst I have ever had. I did not try the pizza, but those that did said it was awful. For a staff that spoke mostly Italian, their Italian food left much to be desired. We did not even take our leftovers home with us. read more

Food is not even close to what it was in recent years. Pizza is ok but very overpriced. Sandwiches are nothing to write home about and are of lower quality. Chef Salad is less than what you expect. One piece of cheese and one piece of ham rolled up and cut into four pieces. One piece of pastrami and one black olive. The rest was head lettuce and unripe tomato. I called to complain and he just told me if I want a good salad to order the House Salad. Why should I? This salad is a waste of my money. read more

This establishment has really gone down hill. The last 3 times I have gone here and ordered pizza it was burnt crust and about 20 pounds of undercooked cheese. I used to really enjoy their pizza. It was always cooked properly. Now I can't even carry it to my car without the cheese completely shifting to one side. Used to be good but no more.
