Not only was the color and cut beautiful with Yana making sure to take the time with my head full of hair, but she actually spent a good amount of time trying to figure out the look that I was going for. I wanted to go red which Yana was willing to do, but she still shared her recommendation of a different color for me which she felt would be best for my skin tone and features. I decided to trust her expertise and ended up with the best of both worlds - a sort of auburn color, full of warmth but not an artificial red that fades out unless constantly kept up with. I've been having Laura cut my hair for a couple of years now, and I was a bit nervous the first time, since I had loved the person who cut my hair previously. When I went from black to a brown/ blonde balayage, she made me do it SLOWLY. I've seen her turn down clients because their hair is in no state to be bleached but they want her to do it anyway.
