I took my older car there 7 YEARS ago and it's STILL spotless. The tint job was immaculate, literally not a single bubble on any window. When I made an appointment, I considered cancelling initially because I had to wait a week. I am glad I waited. He explained every single tint to me, the brand he used and asked if I had any questions. He told me if the tint job doesn't come out right or if I was unhappy with it for any reason, he would completely redo any window or the entire job. I went to another tint shop recently and the customer service is night and day, I wish I brought it here again, but I was impatient. Next time, I won't make the mistake to take it anywhere else. I had brought it in at 10am and it was done by 1pm. The pricing is maybe 10% more than other places, but it's nothing when the quality and care is S tier. He takes absolute pride in his work. He asked what I thought about the job when I came to pick up the car and I was floored with the quality and still am now as it looks exactly the same as when I got it. I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service.
