We grabbed a table and then everyone started taking seats. Seating was normal plastic plaza chairs, you have to order inside though. A local band played in the plaza at 10. I had a soup that was the most soulful flavor-filled broth I've had and gulped it down with some free bread. Then pork loin, four slices, and slim fries. José had a fatty steak with padrón peppers and fries. Only one of the peppers was hot, but it was HOT! Service had a few issues, but nothing major and they fixed what came up. Prices are a little touristy but on the plaza so extra for the beautiful surroundings. Head to the Capitol restaurant and bar for a drink or tasty bite in this historic city center.
