Super kind, helpful, and brings great energy to the shop. I also met Stephan today, and he was really cool as well. Customer service goes a long way for me. With one of the more extensive back issues and graphic novel collections I have seen in the area, Cosmic is run by friendly and helpful people whose love of the genre is evident. Yes there is some merch, but the focus is what you came for, the stories. I never feel rushed here and there is even a couch to sit and read some of the promotional comics while my 21 year old buried his head in the backissue boxes searching for that one cyclops or teen titans story. Definitely worth a trip for the comic fan.
