No. I was charged a prorated amount for the month but allowed to tan for a few weeks (all of my freeze monies went away because I wasn't informed the correct way to cancel) So anyways I tan a couple of times and I get massively burned. No response from the Manager or Owner I was contacted by Jesse (the manager) and she asked if I would take down my review in trade for a week of tans. She didn't ask about my back at all.
