This is more help than I normally need when shopping but we were quite pleased overall and we found what we needed during this trip. The bathroom was well maintained as well. There was ample parking.

Walking around in this place early on a Monday evening, I had an eerie feeling: it was quiet, too…read morequiet. It was like I was in Home Depot after the zombie apocalypse. And then I realized that all the other patrons were clustered in a pack at the single functional self-serve till. The one other self-serve till was malfuctioning, and all the regular tills were closed. There were at least 5 people in line, not counting those at the customer service centre, and the one worker at the self-serve was obviously having problems. The staff were trying their best but there were not enough people to do the work. I haven't had great experiences with Lowe's generally, and I don't think I'd stop at this one again. Lowe's always seem understaffed.

The staff are all very helpful…read more We bought blinds and had them cut to size and one was a bit tight so i returned with it and immediately the staff was quick to help correct the cut. The paint staff are awesome and have helped us numerous times with any questions we had. We are continuing to renovate and are very happy to go to this store . Thank you to everyone we meet there , it really helps us feel at home .
