I previously received a rwc from a competitor less than 3 months ago and nothing had been altered. Thought I would take a leap and support a local business instead. Not interested in listening to what I had to say however, 'I've been doing this for 15 years mate, I know what I'm doing' - $165 for him to apparently stare at my car and conjure things up to unethically earn extra money.. Would not recommend this place at all. After returning to the original place in Richmond, they informed me everything was perfect, the passenger mirror did not need to be functioning, legally, for it to be road worthy (as long as the mirror was in place and in tact). Same amount of money spent but I left with a much better experience.

Upon arrival i was greeted by service manager, whom…read morelistened to my concerns about my car and explained about the checked they carried out during service. after waiting for 40 50 minuted i was advised and explained about few small issues which were found on my vehicle. when i asked them if these issues were fixed already i was advised that they will need approval from me before they do any extra work. i am very impressed with that approach because most of other joints will do the extra work without approval and give customer a big bill. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they are also very happy with the service they have received, Keep doing good work

Be very careful, if you are getting anything from them then it is at your own risk. I bought 4 Hankook tyre from them and I tyre had bubble and when I took it for inspection, I found that the tyre is imported and Hankook Australia does not cover warranty, these people don't give a damn. when I went to the other tyre company to get new tyre, I found that they damaged my tyre while putting it back, I got report from that company and I tried to resolve the issue but they were so arrogant and cocky, that I had to lodge the complaint against them at VCAT. VCAT made the order against them but now they are not paying the order. I am forced to go to magistrate court now, but you can imagine the hassle I am going through. Their name should be FRAUD AUTOS.

While its a well kept classic I also race this car in various motorsport events and presentation and preparation is key and although I can wash a car the team do a much better job than what I would. The guy's hear do everything from exotics, muscle cars, daily drives, weekenders and everything else. If your in need of a wash, polish or a full detail I have and will recommend these guys. One thing to note be prepared to wait at times. To combat this they make a good coffee, offer free WiFi and always have some car eye candy if thats your thing.
