As a military veteran I approve this place. I got my tags in 3 days and is much more convenient then standing in line at the DMV.

Experts?? Not so much, the owner is incompetent and has horrible customer service skills. Save your time and go somewhere else, or go to AAA like we did. these people have no clue about Dmv registrations. read more

After trying for 2 weeks straight to reach this place both by phone and in person, I finally got ahold of him and was extremely disappointed in the outcome. The lack of customer service is appalling. I used to work for the DMV and am very familiar with the process when transferring a title. If the process is started and a smog is still needed the DMV will post the transaction as pending until the vehicle is smogged. Once smogged, this triggers the process to continue. This 'vehicle registration expert' (I use the word expert lightly) did not submit my paperwork, nor inform me that he would hold onto the paperwork until the smog was completed. I then had the car smogged the next day and waited. After two months, returned to this 'expert' to inquire if he could look up the information to see what the delay was. After several minutes of his twiddling his thumbs and seeming confused as to where to find his own files. He pulled out my paperwork only to state that he has never processed it, nor called me, nor anything. I said what gives, he indicated he chose not to do anything until he received the smog. I said that would have been useful information to know and indicated that is not how the DMV does business. He agreed and indicated that was how he did business. As he was pulling out the information for this vehicle I see the tags for the other vehicle I paid for his services for on the same date and asked what is this? He said, oh, I forgot about those. Within this box he called a filing system, several other titles and tags from 2019 and 2020 were clearly visible. He shouldn't be holding items ransom. If you have anything and are able to hunt him down, he probably has your items in hand. Plates aside, most places submit items to the DMV on your behalf and the DMV mails them directly to you. went to this place , to get my car registered, called the day before, told me what to bring, also needed a vin verification, went there , there was a line, waited no problem. went inside gave my wife papers to fill out, i told him i was in the car business for 40 yrs, thats when he started getting really rude, and made a smart rude remark, that i just lost all credibility i had with him, then said lets go look at the car. went outside showed him the vin# on the frame, he said he couldnt do it for me, i would have to take to dmv,and highway patrol, called dmv , they said there should be no problem, as long as the vin on frame matched the # on title, which it did, and the car had been registered in ca once before, it was reg in airzona. so i took it to a diffrent registration place, they did it , no problem, already have my plates and tags. guys name was dwight, dosent no what hes doing, and really RUDE, wasteof my time, dean read more
