I also needed the width of the gate widened because originally they made the opening too narrow, so they were able to widen the opening before the rest of the fence was installed. A while ago, Brandon from Alpine, fencing, (now doing business, as Rare Bears fencing.). Called me and left a voicemail, apologizing for my experience and wanting to make it right. To be honest, I was kind of over it, and did not call him back. Lo and behold today Brandon shows up at my door in person to apologize again! He asked to look at the plants that were destroyed, and with in about an hour he was back at my house with a gift card from Flower World!
