It doesn't matter if you get the steps right, it's just important to get some exercise and have fun. In addition to the dancing/cardio, she dedicates a song to arms, a song to legs, and a song for abs in each session. The morning classes are more open 8-10 people, and the night time and Saturday classes are packed. The night classes are fun because it's dark and they have black lights on. It's a fun atmosphere. And I have met a bunch of really nice people here. I'm only on my 5th class out of the 20 I paid for, but I am definitely finding that I'm extremely motivated, and looking forward to class! I plan on continuing after my Groupon runs up!

There was an iPad/tablet set up by the front desk where I was able to check myself in. I was not sure where the class was located but staff was very helpful and walked me downstairs to the spin class. Their upstairs/main level seemed to be where all the machines are and yoga/pilates classes. The gym was actually a lot bigger than I thought. Downstairs was where spin classes are held and they had a women's locker room down there as well. The locker room was clean, had showers, hairdryers, etc. This was the first spin class I have taken that was not through SoulCycle and the bikes were a little different but similar enough that I was able to figure it out. Overall, not a bad class. I'm used to a bit more choreography on the handle bars but still a nice class! I would totally switch to this gym if only they were open a little later because I do enjoy working out at night sometimes. Parking is a little tricky in this area. If there's not a spot on the main street (Granite), I would check on the side of Bruegger's Bagels or on Adams St.

Lets you arrive and sink into your met. I had such an issue with my hip and was going to see a dr the next week for a shot, I took one of her classes and she added ball rolling and WOW is all I can say. Dr said I didn't need a shot and continue to take yoga he also said I didn't need another appointment. Jill and Gina, the current owners, have fostered an environment that is welcoming, supportive and focused on each individuals well being. The space is bright and airy and offers a varied class schedule. All yoga equipment is provided at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own. They offer virtual classes which provides flexibility and ensures in studio classes are never overwhelmed. Pricing is also reasonable with a variety of packages to choose from. Parking is never an issue with abundant street parking available. I've attended classes instructed by Jill, Gina, Heather, Christine, Theresa and Raman and highly recommend all of them!! One good thing for me (and any of her former clients in SF) that comes with a pandemic viral crisis is that her classes are now online! I've really enjoyed her HIIT the mat class which is some cardio with pilates and weights. A great mix to keep you happy, healthy and sweaty. I also took her stretch class last week (right after the HIIT class and Loved it!!) Who doesn't need to stretch these days- with all the sitting and overall lack of movement while we Shelter in Place. Occasionally there are some hiccups with ZOOM, but who hasn't had issues when the entire WORLD is using one platform to connect for work these days? So have some patience. They split the class into three groups or into two depending on the class, with the 3G class rotates from row machine to floor to treadmill & 2G class alternating between floor + row & treadmill. Personally I enjoy 3G classes because less treadmill time (I loathe running). The instructors are super kind and helpful. My first class, I came in a little early before class started and they went through all of the stations with me, showing me what would be done in class that day. I like going to classes like Orangetheory because it gets me to actually run, since normally I am totally fine with skipping cardio even though I would like to incorporate more cardio in my workouts.
