He did a great job, this is 2 months later and no bubbles, tint looks good and can tell from other cars I had done at other shops, the tint quality is as he said it was and better tint job as well. Very accomodating, there was a small damage on a piece on the car, he instantly ordered the part from the dealer and called a few days later and asked us to come in to fix the mistake...Very admorable, I feel he could have acted like it wasn't him but he was accountable and made it right...Integrity!!! Roger and Benji are AWESOME!!! They are very experienced, nice and easy to work with. We have a South facing home that gets so much sunlight we were forced to keep our blinds shut during the day. We also wanted privacy from all the people who would walk by and look in our windows. Not only did they solve these problems by tinting our windows but Roger suggested a tint with a blue hue in it that looks very nice from the outside and enhances the colors of everything when looking outside from inside our home (the blues are a lot bluer and the greens are a lot greener). I had my front windows tinted to match the rear. Color matching was very challenging. All looked excellent for the first day, until some hairs and fuzzy specks showed up between the film and the glass on the bottom 2 inches of both windows. I called Roger immediately, and with no hesitation he scheduled an appointment to redo the tint, no questions asked. He was very apologetic and explained that BMWs were designed with a felt lining along the edge of the window seal, and it must have some how touched the film during application. Upon arrival to my appt, I was handed a $10 Starbucks card for the inconvenience of having to return (he must have known the way to my heart). The second time around, the windows look absolutely perfect. Color is matched flawlessly, no specks or hairs, and the quality of work is fantastic. Roger's customer service is impeccable. He went above and beyond to correct a fluke immediately, and at no cost to me. I would, without a doubt, bring any vehicle to him again in the future. read more
