Roger and Benji are AWESOME!!! They are very experienced, nice and easy to work with. We have a South facing home that gets so much sunlight we were forced to keep our blinds shut during the day. We also wanted privacy from all the people who would walk by and look in our windows. Not only did they solve these problems by tinting our windows but Roger suggested a tint with a blue hue in it that looks very nice from the outside and enhances the colors of everything when looking outside from inside our home (the blues are a lot bluer and the greens are a lot greener). I have had Roger tint 3 of my vehicles, and almost my entire home, over a four year business relationship. Recently, the tint on one of the glass panel doors he tinted, over four years ago, started to crease and lift up near a corner. I had my front windows tinted to match the rear. Color matching was very challenging. All looked excellent for the first day, until some hairs and fuzzy specks showed up between the film and the glass on the bottom 2 inches of both windows. I called Roger immediately, and with no hesitation he scheduled an appointment to redo the tint, no questions asked. He was very apologetic and explained that BMWs were designed with a felt lining along the edge of the window seal, and it must have some how touched the film during application. Upon arrival to my appt, I was handed a $10 Starbucks card for the inconvenience of having to return (he must have known the way to my heart). The second time around, the windows look absolutely perfect. Color is matched flawlessly, no specks or hairs, and the quality of work is fantastic. Roger's customer service is impeccable. I recently had Velocity Tint do tinting on 17 window panes in my Pismo House. The reason for the tinting was to cut down on heat in the house. Craig the owner and Benji performed the work. Let me start out by saying they do EXCELLENT work and their costs are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They arrived on time, made sure there was no damage to my house, stayed until the job was complete and very nice to talk to. I enjoyed their company and am glad I have met them.
