Fantastic product. It is very affordable at $10 for 4 decals and you get them in about a week's time. I love the ability to customize and they always add more flags. I love that it lets you do two flags for all the dual citizens or dual-cultured people out there. I have ordered several times and have never been disappointed. Veloink (www.veloink.com) is a absolutely customer service champion who backs their product. Customer service: Stickers are usually printed, shipped and at your doorstep within at a full business week. Chris Gardner at Veloink is very diligent as I always get a reply from him within my 24 hour deadline. Also, my stickers did not peel off cleanly and I contacted Chris Gardner at Veloink to give some feedback about the product. Chris sent me another batch on the house to make sure the newly printed stickers actually peeled and stuck better...and they did. Packaging is also very clean and neat. Website: The decal constructor is great and I notice the flags selection grows almost weekly. You can find a flag for Japan down to the Yin Yang and City of Seattle. In addition, if you want a custom flag that isn't listed, contact Veloink, upload the image and they'll see what they can do for you. Website is easy to navigate with regular debit/credit card purchase or Paypal options with two shipping options (standard vs. expedited via USPS) providing a very straightforward check out experience. Product: The stickers seem to be adhering very well under exposure to Pacific Northwest weather and washes. Please use the Veloink website how to peel the stickers off as this may be helpful. I own over a dozen bikes and so far labeling them all hasn't been an issue. Overall: Great product, great customer service and made in the USA. As a graphic designer I'm a hard customer to please, I had just designed my own decals for my newest build. After being let down by a local printer here in California I reached out to several online printers specializing in Decals. Chris was one of the first to reply and by far the most professional. he worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. When they didn't look 100% perfect on one medium, he made sure to print them on another. when several of them distorted upon application he reprinted them and added transfer paper at no extra charge. I really have nothing negative to say here, though if you do have to apply your decals around very sharp bends, make sure to ask for transfer paper. it makes the process so much easier.
