I bought a small part for my bicycle at Velosophie in Freiburg. At home I realized that it did not fit. At another bike shop I got the same part, but better fitting, for half the price (compared to Velosophie). So I wanted to give it back to Velosophie. Of course I had the receipt and the part was not used and still new. The owner refused to take it back. He insisted that it must fit and I should come by with my bicycle to try it on the shop. But that was not possible, because it is not ready to drive and is located outside of Freiburg. I had to tell him that several times and he became rude. It was only about a few Euros, but he need to learn to deal with customers differently. read more
