My issue is with a receipt that just can't seem to make it from their office to my house. I have requested said receipt numerous times both via telephone calls and emails. Most requests have gone unanswered - but the two times I did get a reply it was with some lame excuse about accounting issues or computer problems. Regardless, it has been 4 months and I have still not received an invoice for the $950 worth of work I had done. For the life of me I can't figure out why a repeat customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company is being treated so poorly. It will most definitely influence my choice when next I need tree work.

I've recommended him many times over the years - in fact, I would never recommend anyone else. I've seen him and his crew remove huge branches and skillfully navigate them around and down to the ground via complex rope-work, avoiding damage to surrounding vegetation and housing. They are extremely skilled at what they do, and provide solid estimates - and stick to the estimates without any surprises. My son was at the house when the work began and was able to watch the work progress. He commented on how carefully the men were in cutting the branches down to avoid any damage to plants, fencing or decking. He also commented on how nice all of the men were. It took them into a second day to complete the removal but after they were done, they took the time to clean off the deck and the roof of the accumulated sawdust.
