We hired her very early on in the process one year and a half to be exact because we wanted to be stress free and we wanted things to be taken care of which she seemed like she would do that for us. However during that year and a half little did we know that nothing would really be getting taken care of . In our meetings with her she would constantly assure us that things were fine however we saw no real result of things being "taken care of" no venues were booked there was no money being put down to any vendor . My wife and I were the ones who were making the phone calls to ask for prices , setting up meetings with vendors we wanted and so much more we were doing . This was the reason we hired a wedding coordinator was to handle these things for us . The meetings after a while seemed to be pointless . We found out no information about our wedding from the meetings we would have with her . She was Also never able to give us an exact quote or even an estimate of how much our decor would be which she was also in charge of. It was extremely hard to get ahold of her . She would take days to respond to texts, phone calls , and emails. Finally when we did get a price from her for her decor ONLY she quoted us $22,000. Which we at the time did not know any better and did not know that her decor prices were extremely over priced . The decor we had picked out was decent it was not top of the line it did not look like it was 22,000 worth . We had to take many many things out of our wedding that we had originally dreamed of having and it was beginning to not feel like the wedding we wanted . We began to question what she had exactly done for us this past year and a half as far as "planning " and taking care of things for us. Our wedding is only 5 months away and she has only made two deposits with the money we had been giving her . We had been giving Victoria thousands to hold for us and distribute our money to the proper vendors and only a few hundred had been distributed . Mind you we are 5 months away from our wedding . As we began to get suspicious of her pricing and intentions for our wedding we decided to look around and get other decor pricing . We found an amazing lady in Sanger Ca who would give us everything we wanted for about $14,000 LESS. How is that possible that she was going to charge us $22,000 for decor not including food, not including her planning services , etc. just $22,000 for decor . Yet we looked around and added everything we originally wanted and dreamed of and found it all for $8,000? It seemed to us that we were buying her decor for her and not renting it . I had also made it crystal clear in the beginning that I did not want a church wedding . And come to find out later that Victoria put a $500 deposit of our money down for a church for our wedding .... I was mind blown. No one ever told her to do that we did NOT GIVE HER PERMISSION TO PUT A deposit down with our money for a church . she clearly was not listening to our needs and wants and doing what she felt was best for us . We did in the end up parting ways with her and got all of the money back we had been giving to her besides the $3500 we owed her she kept that which we also felt was wrong considering she did not do one bit of the planning . We are now 5 months away from our wedding and are now scrambling to do all of the things victoria said she would "take care" of . She really tried to take advantage of us by charging us $14,00 more than what she should have. She is unreliable and unprofessional . She did things with our money we DID NOT approve of . I would recommend you run as far away as possible from her and her company if you want your wedding to be a success . Do not let her fool you . We did have an exit meeting with Victoria and Kevin where my mother went over all the details that they missed and described how unhappy we were. I normally would feel confident handling the issues myself, but I was too upset, I felt duped. Victoria thought that everything with the wedding went well, but apologized that we did not feel the same. Yes, my husband and I hugged Victoria and Kevin at the end of the night. Victoria is a "hugger" and hugged us at the conclusion of every meeting. When I first arrived to the church I even told her how thankful I was for her and that I could not have pulled off my wedding without her. But that's when I was under the impression that everything we discussed was going to be taken care of. During the exit meeting, Victoria asked me why I did not tell them on my wedding day about my unhappiness. I told her that I did not want to discuss all the issues during my reception as I was not going to allow all of the things that they missed or that were wrong, ruin my day. GMofE knew we weren't happy because my mom continued to ask Victoria's staff why she wasn't at the reception. When Victoria arrived my mom did discuss immediate concerns with her. I don't understand why they would have video of my husband and me hugging them as I did not have a videographer at my wedding or reception. Seems odd to me that they felt it necessary to need video of us hugging them. There were so many details missed and because the Wedding Wire site limits the number of words in the reviews, I only included those that I felt were more significant. I didn't have space to write about the wild goose chase we went on for an alternate venue because Victoria thought that our 1st choice venue was already booked. She didn't tell us this and we followed her to several potential venues. When Victoria finally disclosed that our 1st choice venue was already booked, I didn't understand how this was possible since I had a signed contract and had already given a deposit. I can only assume that she wasn't aware that WE were the ones that booked the venue on my date because she never got back to me about my questions regarding the venue's contract. I didn't get to include that all several of the corsages and boutonnieres were never given to the people that they were intended for. At the end of the wedding ceremony, they were still lying on the banister at the entrance of the church. In our pictures G'Ma has a corsage, G'Pa has nothing. My aunts who we wanted recognized as being special to our wedding were supposed to have big beautiful orchids ... they received nothing ... must have been left on the banister. My brothers were my honor attendants and I wanted to make sure they ha nice orchid boutonniere's. They received the ones with the small, ordinary looking chrysanthemums ... one of my least favorite flower. I told Victoria that I do not like centerpieces with all the greenery filler, that I like all flowers. My centerpieces were lots of green filler leaves and chrysanthemums. I did tell Victoria that I was starting to like the unique look of spider mums. These were not spider mums. I didn't get to include that we specifically gave Victoria my "guest book" plate so she could make sure it arrived at the ceremony. She didn't bring it to the church, only the reception. The candles down the aisle were not lit after specifically discussing with her the look/feel we wanted for our ceremony and if the church would allow the candles to be lit. I'm sure they don't light the candles so they can charge someone else to rent the same candles. The point is that my mom and I thought of all of the details, but just needed someone to execute them. We had several meetings where were assured by Victoria that the details would be taken care of. Victoria told us over and over "I can see it all in my head." I agree with Betsy J.'s review (in the filtered Yelp reviews) that at the beginning, they promise you everything. They make you feel all warm and fuzzy. You feel good and confident so you give them yours or your family's hard earned money .... $2,000 cash and sign their contract that says that they can fire you, but if you want to fire them you lose your $2,000. You're still feeling warm and fuzzy and think, "They're great! I'm not going to want to fire them." And then after some time passes you begin to notice that things aren't going as you were told that they would. You are afraid that by expressing that you aren't happy with their services they will execute the clause in the contract where they can fire you, and you're going to be out $2,000. If you chose to hire Gofer for your event, I hope that you have a better experience than I did.

The only minor hiccup was that my text asking when the rented materials would be dropped off went unanswered initially, but when I called the week before our event to ask, the owner 1) answered by using my first name (points for customer service/organization) 2) and reassured us that materials would be dropped off the day before our event. We were informed that the drop off crew would notify us within an hour of coming to our home. The day of drop off came and was getting into the early evening, so I admittedly started to panic a bit and called again to ensure delivery. I was assured our materials would be delivered within the next few hours, which they were. There seemed to be some confusion between the owner and delivery crew since the crew was asking for more money than we were initially told, but after showing the messages I'd received from the owner, the crew deferred to her. I negotiated a pick up time with the delivery crew, who were very flexible and allowed us to keep the materials another day at no extra cost since it was a Sunday. They arrived the expected day and removed the tent and materials quickly, and they were consistently professional and respectful of my home. The materials weren't anything fancy, but they got the job done. Would definitely use again and recommend to those seeking an event rental company for personal/backyard events.

We held a family gathering for my kiddo this past weekend and expected around 100 guests. To avoid…read morelong lines for the single restroom inside the house, we rented a luxury portable restroom. We were hesitant at first. This felt like a splurge on our end because we found out how high prices were once we started calling around. Luckily, we found Luxury Portable Restroom Trailers, and Adam provided us with a reasonable enough quote that we could budget for it. There was an additional charge for a generator, but it was still within our price range. We paid half up front and the rest 30 days before the event. This ended up being one of our best decisions because guests were thankful they did not have to wait in line for restrooms. The trailer had two restrooms with A/C. It came fully stocked with toilet paper and soap. We did not have to worry about whether there would be enough supplies, so this was one concern off my todo list. Guests kept reiterating how clean the restrooms were as well. These are not wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps to climb to get to the door. We could connect our hose or use the tank that was included. We opted for the latter to allow us more versatility in where to place the restroom. It lasted us the entire event. The generator also allowed us to have the restroom far enough away from the guests but still visible so they knew where it was. Adam fully explained how to turn it on and what do if the generator turned off. The generator did shut off as the party came to a close, but it was only a matter of refueling (which was provided) and it was back up again. Adam was very responsive and accommodating. He answered all my questions, including concerns about what would happen if the event was canceled or if the date was changed. At one point we were messaging back and forth at 10p trying to get the contract signed and he was giving me a run through of what he needed on his end in terms of space for the restroom. He brought the restroom at the agreed upon time. With payment split into two, it made the restroom feel more affordable--keyword here is FEEL. (It was still the best price around town.) The final payment due 30 days before the event was a little concerning at first. I had multiple scenarios running through my mind, but I did not need to worry. I would have preferred it the day off, but I also understood why it might have been the case on his end. Bottom line, this was ultimately a good decision. It might have been a splurge, but it was money well-spent. Guests appreciated the extra thought over their comfort. Adam was great. Not only would I rent from here again, I would recommend them to anyone looking for luxury portable restrooms for their event. Make note to read the contract thoroughly because it details everything needed from space to bring the restrooms in and distance from water access. Additional charges and liability are also on the contract. Do not be afraid to ask questions if needed. Adam is responsive and very helpful.
