us too!!! we went thinking we'd have a crackin' photoshoot. we did! she took loads of photos. efficient service! overly friendly staff( very high pitched). then it came to purchasing one of these stunning photos. sat us down, played some lovely take that background music to get you in the mood. cheapest thing that was half decent was £1000........for 5 photos!! we decided against it and opted for the free 10x8 desktop(and you cant change the frame & if you dont like black!). the attitude totally changed. u couldve cut the atmosphere with a plastic knife. complete silence 4 the rest of the visit, almost kicked us out! so anyway, rather than choose one of the 500ish photos she took of my husband and son, or one of the 400ish she took of me and my son we went for one of our son on his own. u cant do that!she said, its got to b a family portrait! so, how many of them did she take ur asking.........3!! all crap!so chose the best of the worst. ok, its in the small print, but who reads that from such a known photographers! now,to top it off, weve just rec'd our"youre portraits ready for collection" card! but you cant go on the weekend, there not there!! and youve only got 2 weeks to collect it or else!! soooooooooo frustrating also when you work full time!! sorry for going on about them but if you thought michael jackson was bad dont go near! their pre sales pitch is brilliant but dont dare not spend your hard earned cash!! remind me to get the dog to do my future photos. shame on you venture!! read more
