I contacted Tracy and Tego Venturi because I heard an advertisement on the radio. Despite going into the arrangement with high expectations (given their radio advertisement), Tracy and Tego Venturi surprised me by exceeding those expectations. What makes them unique is that they have highly skilled and educated individuals working behind the scenes ensuring that everything flows smoothly and quickly. Most agencies place low paid entry level individuals in the office to do the behind the scenes "grunt" work. Tracy and Tego must recognize that those people fulfill a critical function. For example, we worked with a Realtor assigned to the listing by Tracy and Tego, but we also worked with someone named "Talia" in the front office who was extremely responsive, educated, polite, and honest (she quickly took responsibility for an error only she was aware of instead of trying to cover it up as most people in the industry do and we came to trust her enormously). We were not the easiest of clients given that we changed our minds on a home at the last minute. Realtors cannot always be available since they are assisting other clients as well. We understand this fact. We were delighted, however, that Talia was available anytime and was able to perform miracles for us in terminating our offer on one home and assisting our realtor to make a new offer on another home faster than any other buyer. We have the home of our dreams as a result of the quick response Tracy and Tego's team to get our offer on the table. The home we purchased was one that was placed back on the market for only a couple of days before we snatched it up. I have since discovered that many other people in the area wanted the home that we purchased, but apparently they did not get their offers in fast enough. I think I should also mention that Tracy and Tego's team sold my home. We like to brag to others how our home was sold in less than a week after it was put on the market, but it was only partially due to our home being priced right. A large part of our success was Tracy and Tego's marketing strategy. The pictures are professional and the listing was quickly and widely distributed across many internet websites. I suppose Tracy and Tego's team can take credit for our home being priced right as well since we listed our home at the price they recommended. I probably failed to mention that we got full price for our home. That's always nice. Not to brag, but I also got a great deal on my home as a result of some good negotiating by my realtor, Annie. We worked with Chelsea Countryman and others from the Venturi Team to sell our home. We were very satisfied with the whole process, and all of our expectations were met: 1) Timing- the time to start and complete this property sell was very important to us. No complaints whatsoever on timing. 2) Efficiency- we've been very happy with the efficiency of this whole process. We wanted to aggressively market the home and we definitely got what we asked for. The customer feedback was wonderful. We were able to minimize repeating complaints. I am writing about the wonderful experience I recently had with Emily Kulp. In April, 2016 I received an email from Kim Tomasi offering to help me with my relocation plans. Recently I purchased a home with the assistance of Camron House. My son and first met Camron in July 2018 and the three of us looked at approximately half a dozen homes while my son and I were visiting Albuquerque from the Midwest. I chose these homes using the internet. However, all these homes left us with an inadequate feeling after we saw them. Something was just not right. Shana Garcia was a great real estate agent. My husband and I relocated from out of state knowing very little about New Mexico. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and the New Mexico real estate market. She has an easy going personality, is patient and a pleasure to be around. Simply said, "Horrible Experience!" Unprofessional and never followed up on anything regarding emails, phone calls, etc!!!! I recommend everyone steer clear of The Venturi Team!!!! Amy Gloyd never responded back to schedule showings for us. Secondly, when I contacted Traci Venturi/Owner to request if she could assign us a more qualified broker to work with she simply never responded to our request either. What this tells me is she doesn't follow through either and obviously she doesn't have any experienced brokers! In our eyes this is completely unprofessional.
