When I finally got to the front porch I told them I was going to get the gun if they dont stop attacking me, because they were literally beating the hell out of the back of my head as i walked away for 5 solid minutes and all I did was push them off of me when they tried to hold me down. The reason I was charged with domestic assault and battery is because my dad helped them hold me down, as he thought I was going to get a gun and shoot them. My dad and mom witnessed them attacking me without me fighting back. Anyways, my dad told the police and John Briggs exactly what happened and how I didnt do anything to him. MY DAD HIRED JOHN BRIGGS TO DEFEND ME BECAUSE THE CHARGES WERE BUNK. What did John T Briggs do? He did the same thing to me as the other 1 star review here, he said it was going to cost more money and he wanted to take a plea deal and charge more money BEFORE EVEN GOING TO COURT. I FIRED HIM on the spot and he kept the $1,000 my dad, the "victim" paid him... It really looks like the police, court, local lawyers and bondsmen are all in a racket together.

While waiting my son was hanging sheet rock and drank 4 beers. When his grandpa picked him up they drove to the location of the car and there was in Oklahoma Highway patrol park behind it. My son got out of the vehicle to explain to the highway patrol they were getting ready to move it off the roadway he asked him if he had been drinking and arrested him right then and there for a DUI. We hired Briggs for $1800 he recommended we take the plea deal because fighting it would cost us more money. There wasn't anything to fight except a BS charge that could have easily been challenged. I would never hire this shyster again for any reason!

They have continually given me inaccurate information regarding my Grandson's trust and have on several occasions lied regarding payments from that trust. I have written several emails and left several messages for Ron McGee but he refuses to communicate with me regarding my Grandson's trust, Ron has total disregard for the fact that I am my Grandson's legal guardian and he is obligated to discuss trust matters with me. The office staff that I have had the privilege to deal with at his firm are totally incompetent. Because of his firms actions Ron has left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Social Security Administration.
