So very loud it gave me a headache and really hurt my husbands ears (he has tinnitus) to the point that he had to cover his ears with his hands the whole time. Jason Crabb sang and the words were beautiful, but again so horribly loud it was painful. We were hoping to at least enjoy the pastors message but he was so loud it was unbearable and we had to leave. We were told to use earplugs when we were leaving but I have birth defects in my ears and can't and WHY does the service have to be so loud that earplugs are offered or necessary!!!!

I grew up in the SDA church but my husband is not SDA and he mentioned a few things he enjoyed that were not typical of the SDA churches we've been to--The table seating (no rows) and come-as-you-feel attire was a pleasant surprise. He was nervous wearing jeans because he feared it wasn't "sda church appropriate" but he relaxed when he saw the pastor wearing jeans, too! Although people appeared to be connecting to one another which was beautiful to see. There was nothing addressing newcomers, someone walking in new, no greeters, no way of knowing what was next if you wanted this to become your church home. The space is limited so no place really to connect (like lobby, this one is VERY small) Definitely needs some sort of way for new combers to feel welcomed even if it was mentioned from the pupit, like if this is your first time, we would like to welcome you and so in so is available for questions after the service, or please fill out this welcome card and one of our staff will contact you.
