Had I known that this is the way these people treat their customers, I would have never in the first place. The staff was very rude and very insulting by saying that there place was "too high quality for you people". I will make sure that my family or my friends do not ever go and visit this place again. I don't care how great your services are, if you are not great at customer service and know how to deal with clients, then the quality of your services does not matter. We all had reflexology and all three were amazing. Then , the facials...two young, rude, untrained girls. They slapped some cream on our faces then left us in the room cold for 35 minutes of a 45 minute treatment. When I complained at the front desk the receptionist call the manager (who I could hear on the phone) basically saying too bad they need to pay. No apology or explanation. I read certain reviews about this place and didn't believe them, but most of them were right and Richard is a gem of a person. He even offers coffee and a sauna with a lounge where you can watch TV. So, how it works is. . they have a room fee and the attendant offers you a massage and any other services you negotiate with her. I went about 3 months back and chose Lily as she was the only one available, and I regret it to this day ! I don't know where she received her training but I was in physical pain after that massage as she doesn't know the first thing about massages, and I am a bodybuilder so I know body pain. As far as the extra services are concerned, she sucked(no pun intended) at that too ! She doesn't speak basic english, is unenthusiastic and is always looking at the clock even if you pay generously. Richard, you are a great guy but I must say people like her are staining your place !
