The scam is he'll say he's found the person which he hasn't of course, if the client/ target/victim will not pay burchell then starts legal proceedings thru the county court which is very easy and cheap to do and scares many people of course. Burchell of course will add on all sorts of pseudo costs to make even more money on the scam.
