The reality is they work out of a meth filled town and have very little funding that they waste and instead of saying what they actually provide (200kb download speed) they say 10mb...I've had this tested a lot with like results. If you call them to get help with it they will simply tell you to restart your router. They will visit your house to check it out and leave without doing a thing.
