If I could give zero stars I would traded my old watch in and upgraded the guy took my watch but never turned in the watch or paper I signed for the trade in he put my paperwork in the bag said it was all there did not know I needed to check or that I was dealing with thieves since this is a 3 rd party store Verizon made it right and is investigating this store who knows how many they've pulled this with I waited 3 months for a bill credit I was never gonna get read more

We had switched over to AT&T from Verizon and had no service at out home. It was a mess! We were finally able to return the AT&T phones and get the account number from them after 7 days of my husband not having a phone! I had my old phone due to the great service of Logan at Verizon! He held 2 phones overnight for us and gave ported our numbers back to Verizon the next morning! Excellent service! read more

Placed a phone call and got ahold of William Foley to ask if they had a certain phone in stock. I wanted to add a family member to my line, and possibly upgrade my own phone while I was at it. I get to the store right next to the mall (2pm)and get greeted by one of the Employees, Shameus Dougherty. I tell him I made a call and talked to William, and let him know I was on my way. William is busy with another customer so Shameus states he will help me out but I will have to check out by Williams computer because they all work on commission, and since I called in and talked to William, that was his commission. Shameus continues on and on and on, as a matter of fact I really don't even think it was English, talking about this kind of plan , and that one. I told him that I will simply trust him, that I want my same kind of plan, with an additional line.. I then (thinking I am being a nice guy), tell him I will exchange my new phone as well, only if he gets the commission instead of the other guy, because the other guy hasn't even helped with anything yet. William over hears this and tells shameaus he can just "keep me". Now this is where it goes south... Shameus talks up this new plan, and how I am going to get credited, etc , for opening a new line. He takes a look at my phone, and states he cannot give me full price due to the imperfections along the edges. Well okay Shameus , what can you give me? I can give you close to full value, monies $40. Okay Shameus I can do this if you can do me a favor, I purchased one phone today, and will be purchasing this one as well, I will do this if you include two screen protectors, and get me out of here within an hour and a half. If you cannot get this done within an hour and a half, I am not interested in doing this today. NO PROBLEM Shameus states. . He agrees. Shameus proceeds to draft up the paper work, and send me a text message for my signature. Now me being nieve, I sign in this box and he scans my card for $400. Okay great. 5 minutes goes by, he sets up the new line, and begins syncing my old phone with my new phone. 20 minutes goes by with me twiddling my thumbs and Shameus states it's going to take a bit longer. He now has a new customer and could careless about what's going on with me. Another hour goes by and I simply say enough is enough. I waive William down to have him come sync my phone so I can get going(I have my two toddlers and wife waiting for me). William takes my phone and begins working on it While Shameus prints my receipt off. I look at the receipt And Shameus has billed me $39 each for two phone cases. I confront Shameus about this and that's when he gets defensive and states he did not say he would give them to me, but he clearly did, and that's why I ended up buying a new phone for my personal use. Shameus's shift is over and he takes off. Fast forward 7 PM I AM STILL WAITING so that I can leave with my new phone(haven't even seen or touched the new phone yet).5 HOURS HERE. William has stated numerous times he is having trouble getting my phone to sync with my old one, and insists on me leaving my old phone there(with all of my personal info on it, apps, etc, for it to finish , and me come back in the morning). Absolutely not, I will not leave my old phone there until it is done in the morning, I will take it home with me back it up, and bring it back to you in the morning. If I do not bring it back when it is done in the morning, I give you permission to automatically charge my card. William states no. I ask William to call his manager and discuss with him. William again states no, that his manager states the phone stays, it cannot go home with me so I can back it up. At this point I am very upset and frustrated with my experience. I tell William that I want to clear my phone before I leave, as I have all of my personal information on my phone (banking, social media, work, personal life, etc.) William states he cannot give me access to the phone, due to it backing up, and that it would disrupt it. I then ask for Williams managers number. William gives me his managers number, Brandon Randolph. I leave the Verizon store, and call Brandon . Brandon answers the phone and immediately cuts me off and will not let me speak. He states I am in the wrong, laughs it off like I'm some kind of joke. I politely tell him my side of the story; and demand his managers number. He laughs and says I am not getting his managers number, and hangs up the phone. I will be contacting my attorney. read more

Horrible customer service. No response from rep. Najee Palmer who assured me a full refund if I returned phone within 3 days. Returned phone, was assured a credit would be applied...still waiting for 3 weeks. This is not an honorable business. read more

Was shopping for an Ipad, had several quotes from other stores. This store had the best price. I went back to the store to place the order and was told the salesman had quoted me the wrong pricing, and it would be $100 more. I was surprised they did not honor their quote. They had kind of a take it or leave it attitude, so I left it and bought it from Best Buy. read more
